Own and manage a full social content calendar end-to-end
Produce scroll-stopping short-form video and image content tailored to parents and moms on Instagram
Maintain brand consistency and posting cadence with minimal oversight
Proactively source and build relationships with influencers, mom content creators, and UGC contributors
Lead Instagram growth through strategic content, engagement, and community building
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English — native or top-tier fluency required
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end social media ownership for consumer brands
Proven ability to produce visually polished, on-brand content well beyond basic design tools
Experience managing influencer or UGC programs independently
Comfortable operating as a one-person content engine: strategy, creation, scheduling, and reporting
Must have prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies and be fluent in remote collaboration tools (Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, or similar)
