Lead social-first campaigns and cultural activations from ideation and creative briefing through to production and final delivery.
Take full ownership of planning, organising and executing creator-focused events, physical experiences and marketing moments designed to generate strong organic engagement.
Act as the strategic and operational link between social, creative and product teams, translating product priorities into impactful social concepts and campaigns.
Work closely with the local social team, supporting the Social Lead on broader strategy and coordinating with community management, always-on content and paid social teams.
Apply a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts, including platform algorithms, content formats and audience behaviours, to improve campaign performance and identify real-time opportunities.
Manage relationships with internal creative teams, external agencies and local creators, ensuring clear communication, efficient workflows and alignment around campaign objectives.
Review social assets and experiential outputs to ensure they meet brand guidelines, creative expectations and platform-specific technical requirements.
Analyse activation performance, identify actionable insights and guide internal teams, agencies and creators in optimising future outputs. Share key learnings and best practices across the wider marketing organisation.
Requirements
At least eight years of experience in social media marketing, creator or influencer management, experiential marketing, or a fast-paced digital agency environment.
Deep understanding of social platform mechanics, algorithmic content logic and creative optimisation for Gen Z and millennial audiences.
Strong knowledge of the German creator landscape, pop culture, online communities and real-time internet trends.
Demonstrated experience delivering creative event concepts and high-impact physical or hybrid brand activations.
Professional fluency in both German and English.
Experience working across multiple teams, agencies and senior stakeholder groups.
