Act as the technical expert for assigned applications and integrations, supporting AMS, MSPs and business partners.
Serve as a technical escalation point, assisting with incident, problem and managed-incident resolution, including root cause analysis.
Collaborate with AMS teams, service owners and product owners to deliver incidents, enhancements and projects by translating business needs into a technical context.
Provide hands-on technical support for upgrades, deployments, go-lives and related activities.
Support application security and governance, ensuring alignment with IT policies and standards.
Contribute to solution design, scoping, estimation, testing (unit/SIT) and proofs of concept.
Coordinate communications with stakeholders, including scheduling outages and change management activities.
Perform peer code reviews and support prioritization and execution of the work portfolio.
Requirements
University degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in application maintenance, support or development.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
1–2 years or more of experience working collaboratively with business teams and external service providers.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA IS‑U (meter-to-cash), including billing or device management integrations.
FI‑CA experience is considered an asset.
Hands-on expertise with SAP ABAP, SQL, CDS views, SAP Cloud Platform, workflows, BRF+, Fiori/UX, Adobe Forms, OpenText, and performance monitoring and debugging.
Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Azure methodologies and FRICEW estimation.
Broad IT experience across projects, process and data analysis, implementations and operations, with the ability to align IT solutions to business objectives.
Knowledge of PMO framework and IT governance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in a matrix environment.
Results-oriented, adaptable and a strong team player.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Fluent in French. Because this role requires frequent interaction with colleagues who do not speak French, a strong command of English—both written and spoken—is required.
