Together with the team, you transform domain requirements from the logistics area into stories and epics, breaking them down into actionable steps to ensure continuous progress.
You create and manage tickets for internal teams and external service providers, driven by your own initiative and the needs of the team.
You are responsible for maintaining and managing the product backlogs and identifying dependencies to enable effective release planning.
You play a central role in prioritizing requirements through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
As the central communication point, you ensure maximum transparency for all stakeholders and keep all relevant parties continuously up to date.
You manage the implementation of requirements and take project ownership for logistics-related initiatives that span multiple teams to successfully deliver solutions and features.
You coordinate the involvement of external service providers, ensure quality and timeliness, and proactively contribute to strategic questions so that product decisions consistently focus on efficiency, scalability and business impact.

You have extensive professional experience as a Product Owner and/or Project Manager in an agile environment.
You have a proven track record delivering digitalization, automation or efficiency-improvement initiatives along logistical processes.
You enjoy working at the interface between business and IT and bring a deep understanding of end-to-end operations processes.
Your willingness to dive into complex IT topics demonstrates your technical understanding and commitment.
You see yourself as an integral part of the development team and act as a driving force within the team.
With your expertise in Confluence, Jira or similar systems, you promote an efficient and structured project environment.
Your moderation and assertiveness skills make you a driving force for the team.
You bring strong self-motivation combined with a structured and results-oriented way of working.
You have business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
