You work closely with our logistics stakeholders from both B2C and B2B areas to gather, refine, and prioritize their challenges and requirements related to the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
You guide the development team through business requirements and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned.
Together with the team, you translate domain-specific logistics requirements into stories and epics and break them down into actionable steps to ensure continuous progress.
You create and manage tickets for internal teams and external service providers, acting on your own initiative and responding to the team’s needs.
You are responsible for maintaining and managing product backlogs and identifying dependencies to ensure effective release planning.
You play a central role in prioritizing requirements through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
As the central communication point, you ensure maximum transparency for all stakeholders and keep all relevant parties continuously informed.
You drive the implementation of requirements and take project ownership for cross-team, logistics-relevant initiatives to successfully deliver solutions and features.
You coordinate the involvement of external service providers, ensure quality and adherence to timelines, and proactively engage in strategic discussions so product decisions are consistently oriented toward efficiency, scalability, and business impact.

You have solid professional experience as a Product Owner and/or Project Manager (m/f/d) in an agile environment.
You have proven success implementing digitization, automation, or efficiency-improvement initiatives across logistics processes.
You enjoy working at the interface between business and IT and bring a deep understanding of end-to-end operations processes.
Your willingness to dive into complex IT topics demonstrates your technical understanding and commitment.
You see yourself as an integral part of the development team and act as a driving force within the team.
With expertise in Confluence, Jira, or similar systems, you promote an efficient and structured project environment.
Your facilitation and assertiveness skills make you a driving force for the team.

You have business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
