Independently handle customer inquiries on financing topics via email and phone, ensuring service-oriented communication
Prepare and analyze relevant data in a structured manner to support performance analyses and reporting processes
Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of efficient service workflows for financing products
Support the introduction, maintenance, and optimization of customer service tools to improve process quality
Maintain thorough documentation and continuously ensure the quality of finance-related standards in customer service
Work closely with Sales and Tech teams to optimize internal interfaces and improve cross-functional processes
Requirements
You are enrolled in a degree program in Economics or a related field for at least two more semesters, ideally with a focus on finance
You have a basic understanding of financing products as well as strong numerical affinity and analytical thinking
Strong service orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact, combined with a professional and solution-oriented demeanor, come naturally to you
Quick comprehension and the ability to efficiently familiarize yourself with new tools, systems, and processes
Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
Excellent written and spoken German and English communication skills (C1/C2)
