About this role

Act as the technical focal point for business areas, translating functional requirements into technical specifications;
Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding coding, testing and validation phases;
Support Product Owners, Agile Masters and stakeholders in the strategic alignment of deliveries;
Ensure solution quality by identifying and fixing bugs and managing backlogs;
Facilitate agile ceremonies (Scrum/Scrumban) and promote application of best practices;
Perform analysis and maintenance of legacy systems;
Provide technical support during and after project rollouts.

Proven experience in technical leadership of development teams;
Knowledge and application of agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban);
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders;
Experience with Java, Unix, Spring Boot and AWS;
Ability to analyze and fix bugs and design scalable solutions;
Experience preparing functional documents, technical specifications and test scenarios;
Strong experience developing sales systems for the telecom industry;
Desirable: experience with telecom sales processes;
Experience with APIs (system integration) and microservices;
Hybrid: 1 day per week on-site — South Zone, São Paulo (SP);
Advanced English.
