Senior Customer Account Manager

Role Overview

• Support Comcast Business Services to retain and grow the existing customer base
• Act as a business partner to existing customers, driving increased sales and enhancing satisfaction
• Conduct biannual account reviews and regular customer interactions to assess needs
• Prepare sales documentation and collaborate with project management teams for implementation

Requirements

• 2-5 years relevant work experience
• Proficiency in MS Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce
• Experience in call center sales
• High School Diploma / GED
