Role Overview
Lead and develop customer service teams
Oversee office operations to ensure world-class customer service

Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in customer service environment, tender or bid management, office management, or administrative coordination
Fluency in English, Dutch, and French is mandatory
Excellent communication and active listening skills
