Act as a mentor to developers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.
Research and evaluate new technologies and frameworks, bringing innovation to the team.
Contribute to the definition of frontend standards and guidelines across the company.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Professional experience: Proven involvement in large-scale projects with technical leadership responsibilities, serving as a reference for the team and supporting developer mentorship.
Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
Frontend architecture with emphasis on performance, accessibility (WCAG), and technical SEO.
Automated testing (Jest, Cypress, Mocha, or similar).
Build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite).
CI/CD and version control using Git.
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, with a focus on delivering results, collaborating, and embracing innovation.
