Requirements
Significant experience in healthcare or medical communications with a strong track record of client leadership
Commercial awareness and experience identifying opportunities for growth
Ability to develop strategic communications programmes and translate complex science into compelling narratives
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
