Role Overview
- Lead complex brand and advertising programs
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior client contacts
- Ensure work is delivered with quality, pace, and commercial discipline
- Guide a large team of junior colleagues through day-to-day delegation
- Drive commercial agenda/goals for portfolio revenue
- Provide guidance and contribute to expertise, thought leadership, design, storytelling, and client management of accounts
Requirements
- Strong client judgement
- Ability to translate complexity into clear direction
- Experience owning or developing relationships with clients
- Consults on research design (survey, sample, specs, deliverables)
- Experience managing brand and advertising programs
- Ability to coach and support junior colleagues
- Knowledge of commercial priorities for the business/portfolio
