Program Supervisor – IDD Community Home Services

Role Overview

• Responsible for the daily operation of one or more community home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Delegate work, assign duties, and complete tasks of direct support staff.
• Support team by fostering open communication and setting clear expectations.
• Provide necessary resources, training, and regular feedback.
• Ensure health, safety, and welfare of individuals within the program.
• Coordinate and ensure development of shifts, activities, and routines.
• Serve as direct supervisor of direct support staff, interviewing, hiring, orienting and training.
• Participate in the company’s on-call system.
• Transport individuals for meetings, appointments, or community activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in programs for persons with IDD
• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Reliable vehicle
• Ability to work flexible hours
