Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
Drive talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement in collaboration with the People Development team
Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
Lead change management efforts to support organizational transformation and growth
Collaborate on workforce planning, organizational design, and headcount management
Analyze HR data and deliver reports to support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies; support policy development and updates
Coach and mentor managers to build leadership capabilities and enhance team performance
Lead and develop a high-performing HRBP team; deputize for the Head of HR when required
Represent the company at industry events, universities, and on social media to promote employer branding

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HR generalist role
Proven experience in a global matrix organization with regional or international HR collaboration
In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR compliance practices
Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams, manage multiple HR initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable working with HR analytics and reporting tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
