Role Overview
- Be responsible for contracted sales of Audatex estimation systems and other products
- Introduce product value before customer contract signing and provide pre-sale support
- Provide after-sales training and onsite support to customers
- Increase customer stickiness and improve Audatex system experience
Requirements
- Understand the process of insurance companies from claim to case closure
- Certain professional background in insurance or auto after-sales service
- Worked as a service supervisor preferred
- Strong sense of sales and after-sales service consciousness
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Can operate Office software and use EXCEL for data analysis
- Basic English knowledge preferred
