Act as the APAC lead for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, driving optimization initiatives that directly support Neogen’s commercial strategy.
Develop a deep understanding of APAC business processes and identify opportunities where Salesforce capabilities can enhance productivity, visibility, and customer engagement.
Lead complex cross-functional Salesforce projects from requirements through rollout and hypercare.
Manage backlog, prioritize enhancements, and coordinate sprints aligned to APAC business priorities.
Serve as the APAC escalation point for all Salesforce-related needs.
Lead onshore and offshore Salesforce business analysts, admins, and architects.
Provide clear direction, oversee execution quality, and support development of team capabilities.
Gather and document requirements through interviews, workshops, and site visits.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and workflow designs.
Collaborate with other application teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.
Facilitate UAT, coordinate release evaluations, and drive rollout communication.
Develop training materials and deliver training across APAC teams.
Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and recommend adoption to advance APAC commercial execution.
Ensure that all enhancements align with corporate governance and global architecture direction.
Serve as the primary escalation contact for IT operations in APAC in coordination with Corporate IT.
Ensure communication of regional requirements and provide updates on IT-related changes that impact APAC teams.
Enforce global IT standards across APAC and ensure adherence to change management processes.
Track APAC-relevant IT enhancements within the global IT portfolio.
Own the resolution process for regional IT operational crises by engaging global service owners and local partners.
Maintain visibility of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application issues affecting the region.
Engage regional business leaders to understand IT operational needs and ensure seamless coordination with corporate IT.
Provide consolidated updates on IT-related activity affecting APAC.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Product Owner in a global environment
3+ years of Salesforce configuration/implementation experience
