Real Estate Marketing Performance & Data Analyst

Real Living Productions is hiring a Marketing Performance and Data Analyst to evaluate digital marketing effectiveness and lead generation across real estate campaigns. The role connects marketing investments to sales outcomes, builds performance reporting, identifies opportunities for improvement, and communicates data-supported recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio), CRM platforms, and other digital marketing systems
• Evaluate the effectiveness of paid search, display advertising, programmatic advertising, retargeting, geofencing, email marketing, and other lead generation channels
• Determine which campaigns are generating traffic, qualified prospects, sales opportunities, and actual real estate purchases
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and marketing return on investment
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign targeting, marketing budgets, lead quality, and conversion performance
• Monitor performance across multiple real estate developments, geographic markets, and audiencesegments
• Proactively identify unusual trends, inconsistencies, underperforming campaigns, and unexpected changes in marketing data
• Analyze prospect and sales activity using CRM platforms, including Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Lasso, Follow Up Boss, and other real estate CRM systems
• Track prospects throughout the sales funnel, from initial inquiry to qualified lead, sales appointment, contract, and closing
• Evaluate lead quality, sales team follow-up activity, prospect engagement, and conversion rates
• Identify where qualified prospects may be dropping out of the sales process and recommend improvements
• Connect marketing campaign performance with CRM data to understand which marketing investments contribute to actual sales
• Identify inconsistencies between marketing platform reporting and CRM sales records
• Work with sales teams to improve lead attribution, data accuracy, and reporting standards
• Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing performance dashboards using Looker Studio and other reporting platforms
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for clients and internal teams
• Present data in a clear, concise, and visually understandable format
• Identify meaningful trends and translate complex analytics into practical business recommendations
• Develop performance benchmarks and monitor progress against established marketing and sales objectives
• Recommend improvements to reporting systems, data collection processes, and performance measurement
• Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across multiple client accounts
• Utilize AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other analytical technologies to improve data analysis and reporting efficiency
• Apply AI tools to identify patterns, anomalies, emerging trends, and opportunities within marketing and sales data
• Explore predictive analytics and forecasting techniques to evaluate potential campaign outcomes
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and analytical processes
• Validate AI-generated findings against reliable source data
• Communicate regularly, often daily, with real estate developers, sales directors, marketing executives, and internal account management teams
• Participate in client meetings and confidently present marketing performance findings
• Explain campaign performance, lead quality, sales conversion trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Provide thoughtful, data-supported recommendations regarding marketing budgets, campaign strategies, and sales funnel performance
• Proactively identify issues or unusual patterns in data and bring them to the attention of appropriate stakeholders
• Collaborate with RLP's advertising, CRM, creative, and account management teams to implement performance improvements
• Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted resource for clients seeking to understand how marketing activities contribute to real estate sales

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing analytics, digital advertising performance, business intelligence, or sales performance analysis
• Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads reporting, and Looker Studio
• Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, and/or Lasso
• Exceptional ability to extract, manipulate, reconcile, and interpret complex data sets
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and analytical reporting
• Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, campaign attribution, conversion tracking, and lead generation performance
• Demonstrated experience connecting marketing performance to sales outcomes and revenue opportunities
• Ability to independently identify data anomalies, investigate inconsistencies, and recommend corrective actions
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools to support data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, particularly when communicating with senior executives and clients
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, competing priorities, and reporting deadlines
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate effectively in a remote environment
• Must be located in the United States and authorized to work in the United States
• Experience in luxury real estate, resort development, residential communities, branded residences, or hospitality marketing
• Previous experience working at a digital marketing or advertising agency
• Familiarity with real estate lead generation, sales cycles, buyer qualification, and prospect nurturing
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and cross-platform marketing attribution
• Experience integrating CRM systems with digital marketing platforms
• Understanding of marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRM workflow management
• Experience analyzing high-value transactions with extended sales cycles, particularly luxury real estate purchases
