Sales Development Representative

Levanta is hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales efforts. The role manages prospect pipelines, supports Account Executives, and contributes to the sales process for Levanta’s creator commerce platform.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and key decision-makers through research, networking, and cold outreach
• Utilize various tools and strategies to generate and qualify new leads
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (email, phone, and LinkedIn) to engage potential customers
• Respond to and qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage them effectively to convert into sales opportunities
• Use CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• Work closely with Account Executives to set up meetings and follow up on leads
• Provide detailed notes and insights to support the sales process
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales development or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of motivation, drive, and enthusiasm
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must have a permanent address in one of our hub states: California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or DC
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
