Director of Growth Marketing

All About Vibe is hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to build a predictable, scalable, profitable growth engine and lead marketing strategy and execution. The role oversees paid acquisition, retention, and content teams, strengthens customer retention and brand consistency, and builds repeatable systems for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Own a 12-month growth strategy and translate it into quarterly, monthly, and weekly priorities
• Improve acquisition, conversion, average order value, repeat purchases, lifetime value, and contribution profit
• Prioritize growth experiments by financial impact, resources, and operational feasibility
• Partner with product and operations teams to align demand generation with production capacity
• Set paid acquisition strategy and oversee the media buyer and external partners; do not personally operate every campaign
• Challenge creative testing, channel mix, targeting, budgets, attribution, and incrementality
• Turn the founder's brand vision into documented positioning, messaging, voice, and creative standards
• Oversee content creation — ad creative, UGC, creators, and social — that fuels paid and organic growth
• Align ads, website, email, SMS, social, affiliate content, packaging, product launches, and customer service messaging
• Lead email and SMS strategy, segmentation, automation, and campaign planning
• Use customer behavior and service feedback to improve the experience and economics
• Evaluate agency versus in-house capabilities based on results and cost
• Manage marketing specialists, agencies, and cross-functional initiatives with clear KPIs and owners
• Create a culture of testing, ownership, creativity, and problem-solving
• Evaluate TikTok Shop, TikTok Live, affiliates, creators, partnerships, and new distribution opportunities
• Partner with product development on positioning, launches, demand validation, and commercial opportunities
• Build a transparent growth dashboard and weekly review of performance, experiments, and next steps
• Bring data-backed opportunities, risks, and investment proposals to the CEO and founder
• Operate independently within approved plans, budgets, and decision rights

Requirements:

• Senior growth or marketing leadership in DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brands
• Meaningful personal contribution to scaling a business, ideally from $10–20 million toward $50 million or more
• Experience leading teams and agencies, recruiting talent, and building repeatable operating processes
• Strong brand judgment and financial fluency in CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and attribution
• An existing VP title is not required. Exceptional Heads or Directors of Growth who were instrumental in scaling a business are encouraged to apply
• Founder-led consumer brand; gifting, personalized products, home, lifestyle, or related categories
• Shopify and modern e-commerce technology
• TikTok Shop, social commerce, affiliates, influencers, and product launches
