Vice President of Business Analytics

Meazy is hiring a Vice President of Business Analytics to lead its data and analytics strategy in support of sustainable growth and operational excellence. The role oversees analytics frameworks, dashboards, models, and insights across supplier performance, buyer behavior, sustainability impact, and business health, while supporting executive planning and data-driven practices.

Responsibilities:

• The Vice President of Business Analytics is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading Meazy’s data and analytics strategy to support sustainable growth and operational excellence
• This role oversees the design and implementation of analytics frameworks that measure supplier performance, buyer behavior, sustainability impact, and overall business health
• The VP will collaborate with finance, sales, operations, and product teams to develop dashboards, models, and insights that drive informed decision-making and optimize end-to-end sourcing and logistics processes
• Daily activities include guiding analytics roadmaps, prioritizing projects, managing cross-functional initiatives, mentoring analytics professionals, and ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance
• This role also contributes to executive-level strategic planning, translates complex data into clear narratives, and promotes a culture of data-driven, responsible business practices

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis, data modeling, and experience with business intelligence tools
• Proficiency in finance-related analytics, such as forecasting, budgeting, unit economics, and ROI analysis
• Expertise in business analysis to translate data into actionable insights, frameworks, and recommendations
• Demonstrated project management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, and cross-functional execution
• Experience collaborating with sales teams to optimize pipelines, segmentation, performance measurement, and revenue strategies
• Proven leadership experience in business analytics or data strategy
• Advanced knowledge of data governance, data quality, and compliance practices across global markets
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex findings to executive stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment and work effectively across diverse, geographically distributed teams
• Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• preferably in supply chain, sustainability, or technology-driven environments
