JOB DUTIES:
Branch is organized into Tactical Analysis Feedback Facilities (TAFFs) and/or Cells, Facility Access Control and Live Fire Operations Center. Responsible for all aspects of Branch management to accomplish PWS requirements IAW applicable federal, state and Army regulations as well as Valiant corporate policies/procedures. Major management responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: providing all PWS products and services to PWS time and quality standards; developing employee work plans and schedules; employee training, certification and professional development; conducting employee performance and administrative counseling, property accountability; testing, trouble-shooting, corrective action, and operational certification for the Instrumentation System; quality control; safety; and, development of Branch-specific Standing Operating Procedures. Accomplishes other tasks and assignments as directed.
QualificationsRequired Experience: Associate degree. Active Duty or Reserve experience as a combat arms Brigade Operations Officer or higher, Senior NCO with Staff Experience, or equivalent. Military or civilian supervisory experience in exercise development, training management, or battle simulation.
