Growth Marketing Manager: TikTok Shop and Creator Programs

OddDuck Marketing Group is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own strategy, performance, and day-to-day execution for TikTok Shop and creator program clients. The role coordinates paid media, affiliate, Shop operations, creator workflows, and a team of two while helping scale pay-for-performance creator programs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day success across TikTok Shop and creator program clients
• Build and run TikTok Shop strategies, including paid media on GMV Max
• Design and manage workflows for pay-for-performance creator content on Trybe, from creator recruitment and briefs to content delivery and performance tracking
• Coordinate reporting, strategy, and execution across ads, affiliate, Shop, and creator workflows, leading a team of 2
• Hold team members accountable to deadlines, SOPs, and quality standards
• Deliver proactive, insight-driven updates via Slack, email, and client calls
• Spot and fix performance or quality issues before clients do
• Contribute to creative, affiliate, and creator campaign planning
• Help document and improve internal processes as we scale new service lines

Requirements:

• Have 2–5 years of experience in agencies, growth marketing, or social commerce
• Are passionate about ecommerce
• Have managed multiple clients or cross-functional projects at once
• Are highly organized and keep a lot of moving pieces on track
• Understand performance metrics (ROAS, CPA) and can explain what's driving them
• Know what makes short-form content perform
• Communicate clearly, think strategically, and move quickly
• Can lead a team, not just manage a to-do list
