Growth Product Manager

ChargerGoGo is hiring a Growth Product Manager to improve its products and accelerate adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue. The role spans customer research, product requirements, data analysis, growth experiments, and cross-functional delivery of product initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Own and continuously improve the customer journey across ChargerGoGo's products, including the consumer app, GoGo Host App, station experience, advertising products, and related platforms
• Gather and analyze feedback from Distribution Partners, venue partners, customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to identify product opportunities and pain points
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and feature recommendations for the development team
• Analyze product usage, conversion funnels, activation, retention, rental activity, revenue, and other KPIs to identify opportunities for growth
• Develop and execute experiments designed to increase user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, monetization, and referrals
• Work closely with Sales and Operations to identify recurring customer objections or operational problems that can be solved through better products, tools, automation, or processes
• Support the launch and commercialization of new features, products, pricing models, and revenue streams
• Conduct competitive and market research to identify emerging opportunities and help ChargerGoGo maintain a differentiated market position
• Build dashboards, reports, and product-growth metrics to measure performance and communicate insights to leadership
• Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to move initiatives from concept through launch and optimization
• Develop scalable product experiences that enable ChargerGoGo's Distribution Partners and venue partners to operate and grow their businesses more effectively
• Use AI and automation tools to improve product development, customer experience, internal efficiency, and growth

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, growth product, growth strategy, SaaS, marketplace, technology, or a related role
• Strong understanding of product funnels, customer journeys, conversion, retention, and monetization
• Ability to turn customer feedback and business problems into actionable product requirements
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product, sales, and revenue data
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ownership mentality—you don't just identify problems; you help drive them through resolution
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities can evolve quickly
• Strong interest in AI, automation, IoT, marketplaces, and technology-enabled businesses
• Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: B2B SaaS, B2B2C platforms, marketplaces, fintech/payments, IoT or connected hardware, mobile applications, digital advertising, franchise/distribution models, or AI products
• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Jira,Notion, Canva, Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, SQL, BI/dashboard platforms, or similar product and analytics tools is also valuable
