Sales Development Representative

Raydar is recruiting on behalf of an unnamed software company for a Sales Development Representative. The role builds sales pipeline through high-volume, multi-channel outreach and prospect research, then hands qualified conversations to account executives.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule qualified first meetings with senior operations and executive leaders at target B2B accounts
• Carry out high-volume outreach by phone, email and LinkedIn to fill the account executive pipeline
• Produce personalized video messages to capture prospect attention and encourage replies
• Find and organize new prospects using sales intelligence tools and professional networks to build targeted account lists
• Run and refine automated outreach workflows to improve efficiency and response rates
• Coordinate closely with account executives on handoffs, meeting attendance and feedback
• Log daily activity, review results and adjust messaging and approach to lift conversion

Requirements:

• Two to five years of B2B sales or outbound prospecting experience
• Outbound selling experience to senior executives and operations leaders at an early-stage company
• A record of running high-volume, multi-channel outreach, including LinkedIn
• Strong cold calling skills with a track record of converting calls into meetings
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, loosely structured environment
• Background selling into the transport or industrial sectors
• Sales experience with operations leaders at manufacturing or distribution companies
• Curiosity about modern technology and the movement of goods
