Sr. Project Manager

SNP Transformations Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage client projects from kick-off through go-live, coordinating internal and external teams and ensuring alignment with company goals. The role also supports customer requirements gathering, project standards, training, and successful transformation delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Independent and autonomous analysis and recording of customer/partner requirements
• Preparation, planning, management and follow-up of customer/partner workshops
• Management of project teams of internal and external experts for solution findings, specifications, realization, implementation, hyper care, and follow-up of customer projects
• Support with PM standards, industry specific KPIs and best practices
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Support with training measures for SNP employees
• As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution and completion of specific projects to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals
• Collaborating with business owners to capture business requirements (remote and in person)
• Driving quality, testing and delivery methodology processes to ensure successful transformation and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• The Senior Project Manager must have extensive experience managing projects from kick-off to go-live
• The ability to work with clients and team members is critical to the success of this role
• Must be able to multitask and enhance a team environment
• Being a team player is critical for success
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Previous consulting experience ideally with a Tier I consulting firm with ERP (SAP, Oracle) application projects is a plus
• must have extensive experience managing projects from kick-off to go-live
• The ability to work seamlessly with clients and team members is critical to the success of this role
• Must be able to handle multiple concurrent priorities and enhance a team environment
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to communicate and work as a team player
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and be able to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to effectively educate clients and train junior level consultants
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• 10+ years in SAP project work in various roles ranging from consultant to project manager
• 5+ years as Project manager
• Must live in the United States
• Experience with SAP SLO and or SAP Transformation is a plus
• Application experience is a plus
• Basis experience is a plus
