Email Marketing Manager - Hubspot

We Are Rosie is recruiting for an unnamed client, a mission-driven technology platform serving political campaigns and causes. The Email Marketing Manager will execute a high-volume HubSpot email program for two SaaS products, building, QAing, scheduling, and sending campaigns while maintaining automated flows, segmented lists, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Build, QA, and schedule activation sends in HubSpot, including conversion, texting (10DLC) registration, GOTV, and early-voting campaigns
• Build and maintain automated, triggered flows, including drop-off recovery and onboarding nurtures that guide new signups to a published campaign website
• Execute election-timed sends across customer audiences in the final stretch before Election Day
• Build and maintain segmented target lists in partnership with the data team
• Own the fall send calendar, QA process, and deliverability checks
• Report on send performance against engagement goals (30%+ open rate, 4%+ click rate) and flag what's working

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years of hands-on email marketing execution
• Strong HubSpot experience is a must: building emails, workflows and automations, lists, and segments
• The client is only considering people who have been Hubspot power users in the past
• A rigorous QA habit: links, personalization tokens, rendering, and audience logic
• Working knowledge of deliverability best practices
• Experience managing a high-volume send calendar on tight, fixed deadlines
• Clear communication and the ability to work autonomously with a busy strategist
• Alignment with the client's mission of supporting Democratic and progressive candidates and causes
• ideally at a SaaS company
• Basic HTML/CSS for email templates
• Experience with lifecycle or onboarding programs for a product with a free-to-paid or activation model
• A/B testing experience on subject lines, content, and send timing
• A strong SaaS background is preferred
