Growth Marketing Fellow

Dreamstate is hiring a Growth Marketing Fellow to accelerate user acquisition and engagement. The fellow will conduct research, analyze growth experiments, support campaign planning, test messaging, track performance, and collaborate with the founding team on growth opportunities and positioning.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting market and user research
• Analyzing growth experiments
• Supporting data-driven campaign planning across LinkedIn and other channels
• Help design and test messaging
• Track performance metrics
• Present clear insights to inform product and marketing strategy
• Collaborating with the founding team to identify growth opportunities, refine positioning, and document learnings for future initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong Market Research and Research skills to understand target audiences, competitors, and growth opportunities
• Analytical Skills and Quantitative Research capabilities to interpret performance data and support evidence-based decisions
• Clear and effective Communication skills for sharing insights, preparing summaries, and collaborating with cross-functional partners
• Interest in growth marketing, product-led growth, and social media ecosystems, especially LinkedIn
• Comfort working with data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, basic analytics platforms) and learning new software quickly
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Current student or recent graduate in marketing, business, economics, data science, or a related field
