Research Data Analyst - Office of Clinical Research

Tampa General Hospital is hiring a Research Data Analyst for its Office of Clinical Research. The role analyzes clinical research systems, projects, and trial data; supports system training and data integrity; and develops reports and workflow analysis for department and hospital stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Under the direct supervision of a manager or director and according to established policies and procedures, the Research Data Analyst performs data analysis related to clinical research information system programs, projects and trials, including associated ancillary applications
• This position also provides training regarding all systems related to research
• The Research Data Analyst ensures data integrity of all systems related to research
• This position also provides data analysis within the clinical trials management applications, develops and analyzes reports related to this position and also performs data analyst workflow analysis and support
• Directly interacts with assigned department managers and senior level staff to provide data analysis
• Participates in department and hospital task forces, focus groups and/or committees as assigned by their supervisor to meet the group objectives
• Employs intermediate analytical and technical evaluative process, managerial and interpersonal perspectives
• Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Health Care Administration
• Bachelor's Degree Health care

• Bachelor's Degree Related field
• Experience in Healthcare, Clinical Trial Management System, eRegulatory, and Electronic Medical Record
