Business Analyst

Gastro Health is hiring an RCM Business Analyst to provide data-driven insight into revenue cycle operations. The role creates and manages reporting and dashboards, supports data integrity and process improvement, and responds to operational needs of the RCM team.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Revenue Cycle Management reports and dashboards for various business units
• Perform revenue related data inspection, cleanup, and governance to ensure data integrity
• Proactively identify automation opportunities and process improvements to enhance system efficiencies
• Support day-to-day operational needs and requests of the RCM team
• Contribute to department goals of meeting key metrics
• Elicit cross-functional stakeholder business needs into well defined, meaningful requirements
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance/accounting, or related discipline
• 3-5 years Revenue Cycle Management experience
• Experience with practice management systems
• Fluent in SQL and BI Tools required
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Consistent demonstration of commitment to quality, process improvement, and customer focus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with high productivity and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to effectively read, write, speak, and understand English to safely perform the essential functions of the position
