Sales Account Manager - Arizona and Utah

ENGEL North America is seeking a Sales Account Manager for a remote territory covering Arizona and Utah. The role sells injection molding machines and robots, develops customer relationships, manages quotes and orders through delivery and start-up, and coordinates with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to generate quotes, revise orders, and close deals for machines and robots
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships through continuous follow-up and engagement
• Generate requests for quotes and manage order processing
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure quotes meet customer specifications and generate revisions as needed
• Oversee the order administration process from entry through delivery and start-up
• Address customer complaints, delays, and other issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve them in a timely manner
• Collaborate with various departments and international teams to ensure timely solutions
• Perform other duties or special projects as required or assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• High school diploma with relevant work experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the plastic, rubber, or silicone injection molding industry (maintenance, processing, engineering, etc.)
• At least 3 years of sales experience in a technical/machinery/capital equipment environment
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage both new and existing accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Plastics processing training is preferred
