Marketing Program & Brand Manager

Telestream is hiring a Marketing Program & Brand Manager to plan and manage marketing campaigns and lead AI-assisted content and creative production across channels. The role stewards the corporate brand, coordinates timelines and approvals, and supports campaigns, launches, events, sales enablement, and customer marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Own campaign program management for marketing campaigns and initiatives: integrated calendar, asset requirements, dependencies, owners and weekly status reporting
• Drive content production across multimedia channels to support campaigns and marketing initiatives, own the content production calendar, briefs, reviews and product-manager approvals, and hand off to the Web Experience Manager to publish
• Serve as steward of the corporate brand, ensuring consistency and excellence across all creative  output, including content produced with AI tools.expressions
• Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines and visual standards documentation across the organization including AI-ready brand guardrails: approved templates, prompt libraries, tone and style rules, and review criteria
• Produce and manage creative and content from brief to delivery, including graphics, collateral, white papers, case studies, solution briefs, trade show materials and advertising, using AI tools as the primary method and building repeatable, template-driven workflows.Direct and oversee creative projects from concept through execution, including graphic design, marketing collateral, white papers, case studies, solutions briefs, tradeshow materials, and advertising
• Run the intake and prioritization process for creative and content requests: briefs, turnaround expectations and a visible queue
• Own creative and production readiness for development for industry event: graphics, s, trade shows, and conferences, including booth design, signage, booth and presentations, and promotional material, working with the Tradeshow & Events lead on specs and deadlines, and managing print and fabrication vendors.s
• Produce video content, including scripting, storyboarding and editing, using AI-assisted video, voiceover, captioning and editing tools.” Realistic output is demos, explainers and social clips, not broadcast-quality production
• Own the sales enablement content library (Channeltivity) and the process for keeping Sales informed about campaigns, launches and new content; produce executive presentations and enablement materials
• Manage the customer story pipeline (case studies, references, approvals) and coordinate renewal, expansion and advocacy programs with Sales and Support
• Evaluate, adopt and train the team on AI creative and productivity tools; coordinate with the PR/agency partner on content and with vendors only for physical production, such as print and booth fabrication Manage video production, including scripting, storyboarding, and creative oversight
• Manage external branding agencies, freelancers, and consulting resources, ensuring contributions align with overall creative direction
• Drive content production across multimedia channels to support campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Partner with product marketing on visual storytelling for product launches, solution positioning, and go-to-market materials. and coordinate launch checklists and cross-team readiness for product launches
• Produce and Manage design direction and creative assets for web properties in partnership with the Web Experience Manager, who owns the website, CMS and SEO/AEO.the company’s web properties
• Own the social media calendar and produce creative for lead generation campaigns in coordination with the Digital Marketing Manager and Channel & Field Marketing Manager.Provide graphic design support for social media, lead generation campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
• Supply creative assets and design support for internal departments across the organization, including sales enablement and executive presentations
• Manage the company’s digital asset library, ensuring assets are organized, current, and accessible including approved templates and the AI prompt library
• Monitor design trends and emerging AI tools capabilities; test and adopt tools that improve speed and quality. the competitive creative landscape and industry design trends to keep Telestream’s brand current and differentiated
• Report on program status and production metrics, such as on-time delivery, turnaround and content published

Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience in program or campaign management, content production, or creative operations, including hands-on use of AI tools
• Candidates will be required to present a portfolio of work samples
• Candidates will complete a practical exercise: a short brief, an AI-assisted asset, and a project plan, plus work samples of campaigns managed
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• This role is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization or visa sponsorship of any kind, now or in the future
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, BusinessMarketing, Design or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience in in program or campaign management, content production, or creative operations.creative direction and design management
• Experience producing marketing content and creative across multiple formats (presentations, collateral, social, web, video) in an in-house, agency or consulting environment.”Experience developing and executing creative in an agency, in-house creative department, or freelance/consulting capacity
• Proven ability to expertise in brand steward a corporate brand and apply it consistently, including to content produced with AI tools.ship and the ability to align creative output with business goals
• Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT for content and layout, and AI tools for images, video, voice and captioning) to produce marketing assets in real work, with the judgment to review output for accuracy and brand fit
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects and deadlines simultaneously, with cross-functional stakeholders: timelines, dependencies, approvals and status reporting
• Experience with project and workflow management tools (e.g., Asana, monday.com or Jira)
• Working knowledge of digital asset management, content governance and template-based production workflows
• Demonstrated success managing external agencies, freelancers, and consulting resources
• Expertise in digital design, web property management, and asset governance
• Strong writing and editing skills for B2B technology content: briefs, case studies, blogs and solution briefs
• Strong working proficiency in PowerPoint and Figma or similar design tools (Adobe or Canva-type tools a plus)
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to iterate quickly on creative and contentdesigns based on stakeholder feedback and shifting priorities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while providing cross-functional support
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to write clear briefs, edit content, and present plans and status to stakeholders
• Familiarity with B2B technology marketing and brand positioning
• Experience in Media & Entertainment or broadcast technology marketing
• Experience with producing video production and multimedia content creation., including AI-assisted video, voiceover and editing tools
• Familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools, including AI-assisted ones. Experience with motion graphics or animation tools
• Experience supporting sales enablement or customer marketing programs, such as content libraries, case studies and reference programs
• Experience building templates, prompt libraries or reusable workflows that let others produce on-brand content faster
• Program or project management certification (such as PMP), or equivalent experience
