Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Digital Marketing Services

Lago is hiring a Sales Development Representative to support early-stage sales for digital marketing services through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, follow-up, and meeting booking. The role manages CRM records and pipeline activity, schedules qualified meetings, and supports smoother handoffs to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, create, and nurture outbound leads across relevant channels
• Engage prospects to understand their needs, level of interest, and potential fit
• Prioritize qualified opportunities based on agreed criteria
• Maintain accurate lead statuses, activity history, and qualification notes in the CRM
• Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels
• Maintain consistent outreach activity and follow-up cadences
• Re-engage warm, inactive, and dormant prospects
• Personalize messaging based on prospect context and business needs
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
• Confirm meeting details and provide relevant prospect background
• Ensure a smooth handoff to sales representatives responsible for closing
• Track lead-to-meeting conversion and identify opportunities to improve results
• Keep CRM records organized, accurate, and up to date
• Track outreach, engagement, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes
• Support pipeline reporting and communicate progress, blockers, and trends
• Follow established sales processes while proactively recommending improvements

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in sales development, outbound sales, or a closely related sales role
• B2B sales experience, particularly with marketing agencies or digital services
• Demonstrated experience qualifying leads and booking meetings
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1)
• Ability to sustain consistent outreach and follow-up activity
• Familiarity with CRM and sales workflow tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
• Strong organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience serving attorneys, pool builders, home service businesses, or similar markets
• Familiarity with outbound sequencing and prospecting tools
• Hands-on LinkedIn prospecting experience
• Experience supporting US-based sales teams
• Understanding of sales funnels, pipeline stages, and conversion metrics
