Sales Development Representative

Polygate Automation sells AI automation and revenue-growth systems to home-service companies. The Sales Development Representative generates qualified meetings through outbound prospecting, identifies revenue opportunities, maintains CRM records, and works with leadership to improve sales messaging and conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cleaning, pest-control, and other home-service companies
• Generate qualified meetings through heavy outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, and structured follow-up
• Speak confidently with owners and senior decision-makers
• Identify revenue leaks and communicate Polygate’s value clearly
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly pipeline targets
• Work closely with leadership to improve messaging, targeting, and conversions

Requirements:

• At least four years of successful experience in an SDR or BDR position
• A documented history of high-volume outbound prospecting
• Strong cold-calling ability—you must be comfortable spending a significant part of your day on the phone
• Experience booking meetings with business owners or senior decision-makers
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong discipline, resilience, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to discuss previous quotas, activity levels, meetings booked, and results during the interview
