Sales Development Representative

Alice partners with AI labs and GenAI-native companies to help them build safer, more trustworthy models. The Sales Development Representative will drive new customer acquisition for Alice’s GenAI Safety Services portfolio by prospecting, qualifying leads, and working with Account Executives to engage prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Alice's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business
• Learn from our well-seasoned sales team and help build out our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack
• Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and assorted campaigns
• Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive
• Generate email sequences, and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts across frontier AI labs, GenAI-native companies, and hyperscalers
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set

Requirements:

• 3–4 years in sales development or a similar outbound commercial role, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
• Strong ability to write high-converting email copy and build effective outreach sequence campaigns
• Ability to work autonomously, self-source solutions, and take a self-motivated, results-driven approach to prospecting
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of collaborating across teams to refine processes and workflows
• Strong time management skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High intelligence, strong work ethic, and an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset
• Background in AI, Machine Learning, or cybersecurity
• Experience selling directly to technical personas (engineering, research, or security leadership)
• Previous experience working within a fast-growing, early-stage startup
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft)
