Part-Time Product Management Subject Matter Expert (Remote)

Halluminate is hiring part-time Product Management Subject Matter Experts to create challenging, real-world product management tasks and solutions for training and evaluating AI models. The role focuses on developing training materials and frontier evaluations, identifying model weaknesses, and working with research and engineering teams to improve training data.

Responsibilities:

• Shape the future of knowledge work by identifying which financial workflows matter most and where today's AI models fall short, drawing on your real experience
• Build training materials for AI systems, including product requirements documents, feature prioritization analyses, go-to-market plans and product roadmaps, and other real-world deliverables
• Create challenging tasks that expose weaknesses in state-of-the-art AI models on financial services work
• Contribute to frontier evaluations that measure how leading AI models perform on real finance workflows
• Work directly with research and engineering teams at frontier labs to evaluate model outputs and turn findings into better training data
• Revise tasks quickly based on feedback from reviewers and model results, often across multiple rounds

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of experience working in product management (B2B or B2C software, fintech, platform or AI products, etc.)
• Exceptional command of core workflows in Excel, PowerPoint, and other professional software programs (modeling, valuation, deal materials, memos)
• Curiosity about machine learning, AI, data, and engineering concepts
• Comfort with direct, frequent feedback and the ability to turn it around quickly without losing quality
• Sharp attention to detail and the judgment to spot exactly where an output would fail a senior review
• Strong organization and full ownership of deadlines
