Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Docebo LMS Administrator & Integrations Specialist to support enterprise learning platform administration, integrations, and data operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on Docebo administration experience in a production enterprise environment, along with strong expertise in REST APIs, SQL, data mapping, SSO, and integration troubleshooting.

The role involves approximately 50% LMS administration and 50% integrations and data management, supporting a large-scale Docebo platform with thousands of active users. Candidates must be comfortable troubleshooting live production issues and collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred: Candidates with Docebo certification will receive strong consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer the Docebo LMS platform, including users, courses, branches, groups, enrolments, learning plans, certifications, and catalogues.
• Configure automated enrolment rules, training assignments, and certification workflows.
• Troubleshoot user access, provisioning, authentication, and LMS support issues.
• Develop reports and dashboards for training completion, compliance, and certification tracking.
• Manage SSO and user provisioning in coordination with identity and access management teams.
• Monitor and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations between Docebo and enterprise applications.
• Work with REST APIs to manage user, course, enrolment, and completion data.
• Perform SQL-based data validation, reconciliation, and discrepancy analysis.
• Define field mappings, data flows, and systems of record across integrated applications.
• Support integrations with workforce management, contingent workforce, quality management, and manufacturing systems.
• Assist with LearnData analytics implementation, testing, and data validation.
• Establish integration monitoring and alerting to identify failures proactively.
• Maintain accurate, auditable training and certification records.

Required Skills:

• Docebo LMS Administration 5+ years of hands-on production experience (mandatory).
• REST APIs Integration development, API usage, and troubleshooting.
• SQL & Data Reconciliation Data validation and discrepancy analysis.
• LMS Integrations Inbound/outbound integrations and field mapping.
• SSO / SAML Authentication and user-provisioning troubleshooting.
• LMS Reporting & Analytics Dashboards, completion tracking, and compliance reporting.
• Automated Enrolment Branch structures, learning plans, and certification management.
• Enterprise Application Integration Middleware and cross-system troubleshooting.
• Compliance & Audit Readiness Training records, certification validity, and audit documentation.
• Stakeholder Communication Collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Docebo certification or experience with a Docebo implementation or major upgrade.
• Experience integrating LMS platforms with VMS or contingent workforce systems such as Beeline, VNDLY, UKG, or Fieldglass.
• Knowledge of workforce management and timekeeping platforms such as UKG Pro WFM or Kronos.
• Experience with quality management and document control systems such as ETQ.
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems such as Ignition.
• Middleware experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, SAP CPI, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, or other data warehouse platforms.
• Familiarity with Docebo AI features and AI credit consumption.
• Experience in regulated industries such as automotive, aviation, or medical devices.

Work Location:

Foster City, CA Onsite. Candidates must be available to work onsite at the client location.

Note: Hands-on Docebo administration experience is mandatory. General LMS experience without substantial Docebo experience will not meet the requirement
