Insurance Sales Account Manager (copy1)

Morningside Insurance Group is hiring an Insurance Sales Account Manager to build client relationships, assess insurance needs, and recommend personalized solutions. The role focuses on growing sales through cross-selling and upselling, maintaining product knowledge, and communicating with clients while following industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Develop an understanding of client needs to provide bespoke insurance solutions
• Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by cross-selling and upselling insurance products
• Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Morningside Insurance Group’s offerings to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients
• Compliance: Adhere to all necessary regulations and standards within the insurance industry
• Communication: Engage with clients through phone and email correspondences, ensuring transparency and professional interactions

Requirements:

• Central, Mountain, or Pacific time required
• Previous experience in insurance sales is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Must have a customer-centric approach with a focus on meeting client needs
• Proven ability to remain productive and engaged in a fully remote setting
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and market conditions
• Ability to work collaboratively within a virtual team environment
• Possession of an active Iowa Property & Casualty License is preferred but not mandatory to apply
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and CRM systems is beneficial
