Manufacturing Engineering Full Time Employee - Recent Grad 2027 (U.S. Person Required)

Honeywell Aerospace is a global aviation technology company that develops systems and solutions for aircraft and aerospace operations. The Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer will optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency and productivity, support product quality, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar field
• Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between August 2026 and May 2027 and be available to begin full-time work between September 2026-July 2027
• Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the start date
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
• Honeywell Aerospace is currently unable to consider applicants who would require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization for this position
• Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
• Relevant internships or co-op experiences in manufacturing or industrial engineering
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (Six Sigma experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools
• Industrial design talent
• Ability to learn new technologies
• Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
• Ability to easily and effectively balance many priorities and results-oriented demands
• Good social skills, both verbal and written
