Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Halian is a managed services, recruitment agency, and contract staffing company. The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will develop and execute manual and automated tests for CRM applications, maintain test automation, conduct performance and accessibility testing, and document defects and results. The role will also validate application data with SQL and collaborate with developers and business users to resolve issues and define automation coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed manual and automated test cases from user requirements, design documentation, and application functionality, then execute functional and regression testing across CRM applications
• Build and maintain automated testing using Java, TestNG, and Playwright, perform load/performance and accessibility testing, and thoroughly document defects, execution results, and testing summaries
• Use SQL to validate and manipulate application data while working closely with developers and business users to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and determine appropriate test automation coverage

Requirements:

• 8+ years testing complex web applications, including 6+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• 6+ years of SQL expertise plus 4+ years of Java/TestNG test automation and 3+ years with Playwright
• 4+ years with JMeter, WAPT Pro, or another load-testing tool, plus 2+ years using GitHub Copilot skills
• Experience with a Government agency
• 4+ years with Zephyr Scale
• 4+ years with Jira
• 4+ years with Power BI
