Product Manager, P&C Insurance Technology

Majesco develops cloud-based insurance and pension technology. The Product Manager, P&C Insurance Technology, drives strategy execution across the P&C portfolio, develops investment business cases, tracks cross-product initiatives and dependencies, and manages a Senior Product Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategy execution across Policy, Underwriting, Billing, Claims, and Data/AI
• Define initiatives and epics spanning multiple Product Owner backlogs and maintain visibility into portfolio health, initiative status, and cross-product dependencies
• Build business cases for major roadmap investments using defensible metrics, including win rate, revenue, DWP, and NPS/CSAT
• Manage and develop a Senior Product Analyst responsible for portfolio analysis and business case support
• Prepare data-driven portfolio narratives and analysis for executive, customer, and analyst engagements
• Present and demonstrate product capabilities and new features to customers, clearly communicating product value, functionality, and roadmap direction

Requirements:

• 6 plus years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related analytical product role
• Strong business case and financial modeling skills, with the ability to defend investment decisions using data
• Ability to work across multiple product lines, Product Owners, and stakeholders without personally owning a single backlog
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to customers and senior leadership and communicating complex product capabilities and insights clearly
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Technology, or a related field
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
• ideally within P&C insurance technology, insurtech, or enterprise SaaS
• Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report, or clear readiness to take on people management for the first time
• MBA a plus
