Senior Product Manager - Trauma

LifeNet Health is hiring a Senior Product Manager - Trauma to develop and execute product and platform strategies that meet financial goals. The role leads market development, product commercialization and launches, strategic partnerships, and collaboration with R&D and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• This role is responsible for developing and executing platform and product category strategies to meet financial goals by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and operational efficiencies
• It includes creating market development programs involving training and promotional activities for various stakeholders, managing relationships with key opinion leaders to support product launches and clinical initiatives, and overseeing commercialization projects focused on growth and cost optimization
• The position also nurtures strategic partnerships with Alliance/OEM partners, mentors team members, and coordinates global marketing plans and product launches
• Collaboration with R&D ensures product relevance, while executive-level presentations secure alignment on franchise strategies and objectives

Requirements:

• 7 years experience in Product Management
• Experience to include a combined upstream and downstream marketing
• The majority of experience should have been gained with manufacturers of medical products
• 4 years experience in development and market introduction of new products
• Must have experience of a formal product design process based on the 'stage gate' concept
