Business Analyst Intern

youbloom is building a live events platform to help artists, venues, and promoters grow audiences. The Business Analyst Intern will work with business analysis, product, UX, and engineering teams to define and design platform features, including audience discovery and engagement tools.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing how fans discover and engage with live events online
• Researching and analyzing platforms such as event discovery apps and ticketing platforms
• Mapping user journeys for fans, artists, venues, and promoters
• Assisting with feature design for the youbloom Audience Growth Engine
• Creating user stories and functional requirements for product features
• Supporting UX and product teams with feature specifications
• Assisting with basic data and platform analysis

Requirements:

• Are curious about how digital platforms and marketplaces work
• Enjoy analyzing products and user experiences
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Are comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Have strong written communication skills
• An interest in live events, music, or cultural experiences is a plus but not required
