Exhibit Sales and Account Manager

Activate Entertainment, LLC is hiring a new-business sales manager to sell trade show exhibits, brand activations, esports, and livestream production. The role builds and manages a pipeline from prospecting through contract close, collaborates with creative and production teams on proposals, and develops repeat client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and close new business across trade show exhibits, brand activations, esports, and livestream production
• Work show floors in person by walking booths, meeting exhibitors, and turning conversations into pipeline
• Build and manage your own pipeline from first contact through signed contract
• Partner with our creative and production teams to scope projects, build proposals, and present pitches
• Respond to RFPs alongside the sales team
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in our CRM
• Grow existing accounts into repeat, multi-event relationships
• Represent Activate at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
• Bring market intel back to leadership: what competitors are doing, what clients want, where the opportunities are
• Help shape our sales playbook, processes, and tools as we scale

Requirements:

• 3+ years selling in events, trade show exhibits, experiential marketing, or a closely related field
• An existing network of industry contacts you can activate
• A proven record of closing new business, not just managing existing accounts
• Comfort with CRM platforms, LinkedIn prospecting, virtual pitching, and AI/sales tools
• Self-direction. You set your own targets and hit them without someone checking in daily
• Bonus: experience in gaming, esports, anime/pop culture, or tech audiences
