AI Research Intern

Arrow is a healthcare technology company that helps organizations reduce claim denials, accelerate collections, and manage accounts receivable through a unified platform using workflows, data, and AI. The AI Research Intern will work part-time and remotely with the technical team on open-ended AI problems, building prototypes, running experiments, and helping turn promising approaches into working systems.

Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with our technical team on open-ended AI problems with real-world applications. Projects may involve healthcare, operational workflows, intelligent automation, data extraction and reasoning, or other areas where modern AI systems can meaningfully improve how work gets done
• Depending on your interests and experience, you may work on problems involving large language models, agents, machine learning, evaluation, data pipelines, experimentation, or applied AI research. You will have the opportunity to explore ideas quickly, build prototypes, run experiments, and help turn promising approaches into working systems
