Project Management Specialist

Accenture Federal Services helps the US federal government strengthen national security, public safety, civilian, and military health missions through technology and ingenuity. The Project Management Specialist supports organization-wide policy initiatives by coordinating project timelines, aligning stakeholders, tracking risks and dependencies, and preparing progress documentation for leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Support development and tracking of project schedules, milestones, and dependencies
• Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to gather updates and maintain alignment with project leads
• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items
• Identify scheduling risks or delays and flag them to project leads
• Create dashboards, status reports, and documentation for leadership
• Maintain consistent project management processes and tools across workstreams

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, policy support, consulting, or related roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in fast‑paced environments
• Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools
• Interest in policy development and cross‑functional teamwork
