Sales Development Representative (experienced)

Blackpurl provides a cloud-native dealership management platform for powersports, trailer, RV, and equipment dealers. The Sales Development Representative will generate and qualify new opportunities through high-volume outbound calls and personalized emails, book demos and discovery meetings, maintain CRM records, and help improve sales messaging and sequences.

Responsibilities:

• Own the top of the funnel. ~75 outbound calls a day plus personalized email outreach to powersports, trailer, RV, and equipment dealers — inviting the right ones to a demo or discovery call
• Qualify with judgment. Research prospects and have real conversations, so every meeting you book is one an AE is glad to take
• Book meetings that stick. Schedule demos and hand off cleanly to our Account Executives
• Keep a tight CRM. Log every interaction in HubSpot so nothing slips through the cracks
• Sharpen the playbook. Bring what you’re hearing on the phones back to the team and help us improve messaging, targeting, and sequences

Requirements:

• solid background from a call center, an SDR role, or an outbound team, and you understand what it takes to connect with prospects effectively
• 2 years outbound calling experience required
• Your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to translate complex solutions into clear, engaging value propositions
• You're proactive, creative, and always looking for ways to improve your approach in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• You manage your time efficiently, maintain impeccable records, and consistently follow through on your commitments
• Experience with dealerships is a plus
