Market General Manager

Kimberlite Partners helps organizations optimize NetSuite and provides managed services and purpose-built tools for Fire & Life Safety organizations. The Market General Manager will lead growth, operations, and client success for a defined market or portfolio, overseeing strategy, revenue generation, pipeline development, client relationships, and service delivery. The role also guides cross-functional teams, builds and mentors a market-focused team, improves processes, and uses data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Leading growth, operations, and client success within a defined market or portfolio
• Overseeing market strategy, revenue generation, and pipeline development
• Collaborating closely with sales, delivery, and executive leadership to expand NetSuite and Subscription Tool Kit adoption
• Managing key client relationships
• Ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and value for clients
• Monitoring market performance
• Refining go-to-market initiatives
• Guiding cross-functional teams
• Using data-driven insights to support strategic decisions
• Building and mentoring a market-focused team
• Supporting process improvements
• Representing Kimberlite Partners as a trusted advisor in the ERP and Fire & Life Safety sectors

Requirements:

• Leadership and management skills, including experience overseeing market, regional, or business unit performance and guiding cross-functional teams
• Business development and client relationship skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth, managing strategic accounts, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities
• Operational and analytical skills, including comfort with performance metrics, financial reporting, forecasting, and using data to inform decisions
• Strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop market strategies, refine processes, and translate business goals into actionable plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders, negotiate, and work effectively with remote teams
• Experience in ERP, SaaS, or technology consulting environments
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity
