Information Technology Product Manager

Pakt is an AI-native hiring platform that provides AI-powered recruiting and applicant tracking solutions. The Information Technology Product Manager will define, deliver, and optimize AI-powered recruiting and ATS products while translating customer needs into roadmaps, requirements, and feature specifications. The role also oversees feature lifecycles, stakeholder alignment, product analysis, release quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Defining, delivering, and optimizing AI-powered recruiting and ATS products
• Collaborates with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to translate customer needs into clear product roadmaps, requirements, and feature specifications
• Gathering and prioritizing business requirements
• Analyzing user behavior and product performance
• Refining business processes
• Overseeing end-to-end feature lifecycle from discovery to launch
• Facilitates stakeholder alignment
• Manages backlogs
• Ensures releases meet quality, usability, and compliance standards
• Monitors market trends and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement and support strategic decisions across the platform

Requirements:

• Strong Product Management skills, including roadmap development, requirements definition, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder communication
• Solid Information Technology foundation, with experience working closely with engineering, data, and architecture teams on SaaS or cloud-based products
• Proven Analytical Skills for interpreting product metrics, user data, and experiments to guide decisions and measure outcomes
• Ability to capture and translate Business Requirements into clear specifications and user stories aligned with business goals
• Experience mapping and optimizing Business Processes
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and remote-working skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse, distributed teams
• particularly in HR tech, recruitment software, or enterprise platforms, is beneficial
• Background in AI-driven products, B2B software, or ATS/recruitment solutions is a plus
