Senior Software Engineer

Clusia is building collaborative AI for financial compliance and payment operations, helping teams unify fragmented data, resolve payment issues, and manage obligations in a shared no-code workspace. The Senior Software Engineer will work closely with the CTO and founding engineers to own core architecture, infrastructure, customer-facing workflows, and AI-powered product experiences while solving ambiguous technical problems in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CTO and our founding engineers
• Own important parts of the product and company from the beginning -- from core architecture and infrastructure to customer-facing workflows and AI-powered product experiences
• Understand customer problems deeply, make good technical decisions in ambiguity, and build systems that can earn trust in a highly regulated environment
