Pharmacy Product Manager

ConnectiveRx helps pharmaceutical manufacturers simplify the prescription journey and improve patients’ relationships with medication brands. The Pharmacy Product Manager develops, manages, and enhances pharmacy products, programs, and operational solutions that improve patient access, adherence, and outcomes while supporting organizational growth. The role coordinates pharmacy operations, clinical, technology, Hub operations, and program management teams from concept through implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of pharmacy products and services, including specialty pharmacy programs, patient support offerings, clinical programs, adherence initiatives, and technology-enabled pharmacy solutions. Manage initiatives from ideation through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement
• Partner with pharmacy operations, clinical services, technology teams, program management, Hub operations, compliance, and business development to define product requirements, prioritize enhancements, and execute strategic initiatives
• Analyze pharmacy market trends, industry regulations, payer dynamics, manufacturer requirements, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and operational efficiencies
• Define business requirements, workflows, and success metrics for new pharmacy products and enhancements. Support product implementation through project planning, stakeholder engagement, testing, training, and launch activities
• Serve as the voice of pharmacy operations and end users to ensure solutions support patient, provider, manufacturer, and pharmacy needs while maintaining compliance and operational excellence
• Assist in the development of business cases, product roadmaps, performance reporting, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and portfolio growth
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry conferences, pharmacy site visits, and internal collaboration as needed
• Adhere to all Company Policies, Procedures, and training consistent with ConnectiveRx's Information Security and Compliance Programs, including SOC1, SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA requirements
• Maintain strict compliance with company and client policies regarding business rules and ethics, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws

Requirements:

• PharmD or B.S. Pharmacy required
• Active pharmacy license required
• 3–5 years of product management, pharmacy operations, healthcare operations, or related experience required
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy operations, limited distribution networks, dispensing workflows, patient support services, and medication access programs
• Knowledge of pharmacy reimbursement, payer requirements, and pharmaceutical manufacturer programs
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and pharmacy practice standards
• Knowledge of product management principles, business case development, and product lifecycle management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build relationships across clinical, operational, and technical teams
• Proficiency in using data and performance metrics to drive decisions
• Advanced healthcare or business degree preferred
• Specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers, patient support programs, hub services, or payer programs preferred
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and implementing operational or technology solutions preferred
